Staying at this luxurious hotel was a dream come true. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts one could ask for. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. However, although the dining options were extensive, the actual dining experience could have been improved in terms of execution. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and despite a few minor hiccups, the value offered was remarkable.

I had an excellent experience at Shangri-La, which boasts a luxurious ambiance and outstanding service. The ball room where we hosted our family event was beautifully decorated, and the food options were fantastic. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for travelers. Although the rooms are well-soundproofed, they could use a touch more charm to truly elevate the experience.
